1.Air Release After Storage:
After 4 months from the production date, air bubbles may be present in the cartridge. Puncture a small hole at the nozzle with a needle to release trapped air before dispensing.
2.Storage Conditions:
Do not expose the sealant to direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
3.Application Preparation:
Cut off the sealed tip of the nozzle according to the required dispensing amount, attach the nozzle to a compatible glue gun, and apply as needed.
4.Curing Conditions:
Ensure the adhesive layer is adequately exposed to air during use. Greater exposure area results in faster curing; insufficient exposure may cause slow or incomplete curing.
5.Curing Rate Factors:
Thicker adhesive layers take longer to cure. Higher ambient temperature (not exceeding 60°C) and humidity accelerate curing, while lower conditions slow it down.
6.Usage Time After Opening:
Use the product within 4 hours after opening for best performance.
