ODAKE CT775A Food Safe RTV Silicone

ODAKE CT775A is a high‑performance, one‑component food‑grade RTV silicone adhesive sealant. We formulated it with medium viscosity and outstanding high‑bond strength for multi‑substrate bonding and sealing. It cures fully under ambient room‑temperature moisture without heating or extra mixing. Therefore, it forms tough yet permanently flexible elastic seals across metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, wood, and even silicone‑to‑silicone surfaces.

Key Features

CT775A delivers reliable electrical insulation and excellent heat resistance. Furthermore, it works perfectly for structural sealing of optoelectronic devices, engineering plastic assemblies, and electronic component protection on PCBs. In addition, it offers stable bonding, component positioning, and moisture‑proof sealing. Consequently, it safeguards delicate electronic assemblies against humidity and thermal stress.

Safety & Compliance

This silicone adhesive is low‑odor and non‑toxic after full cure. Moreover, it complies strictly with FDA, REACH, and RoHS safety standards. Therefore, it is trusted for food‑contact equipment, light‑medical‑grade assembly, and diverse industrial sealing projects.

CT775A cures at room temperature. The overall curing speed depends on two key factors: the contact area between the adhesive and air, and the thickness of the adhesive layer.

Specifically, a larger air contact area and a thinner adhesive layer will accelerate overall curing. Conversely, a smaller air contact area and a thicker layer will slow down the curing process. Therefore, we recommend adjusting the application thickness according to your specific production needs to achieve optimal curing results.
